The pools were lovely. It was a decent experience.
I was disappointed by the noise level. It made relaxation difficult. the music in the foyer was excessively loud one night, registering high noise alerts on my apple watch. staff didn't address the issue effectively, and loud music persisted until 10pm on subsequent nights. this impacted sleep quality significantly, and i felt the staff was not keen to assist.

The room was cleaned regularly with good views from the balcony. The pool facilities were pretty good and I see kids were having fun at the kids club.
My visit did not start well. I didn't find it classy or luxurious. It looked updates were in progress, but that did not solve my issues with children always running around.
